REME is an on-demand escape for Angelenos seeking a modern approach to self-care with customization and ease, inspired by the health and wellness lifestyle of Southern California.
What we did
In the midst of rolling out a new company strategy, Joiful engaged Hawke to help with a complete reset of their existing services, pricing, messaging, and overall brand identity.
The first step was to develop a new brand name and logo. We selected the name REME to speak to the notion of redefining “me time.” The new logo was created from a pinpoint which highlights the application’s on-demand functionality while the R represents the company name. In our messaging work, we focused on shifting the brand narrative from luxury to necessity, emphasizing REME’s three core value props: REquest, REstore, and REpeat.
Our next step was to create a cohesive lifestyle campaign using video and photography, highlighting the ease of use, flexibility of location, and the 3 ideal target markets. Finally, we created an educational landing page to educate new users about how REME can be a part of your weekly wellness routine.
