The Lowdown

The conversion optimization audit package assesses the convertibility of both web and mobile assets, key customer conversion pathways based on top traffic sources. First, a Hotjar script is placed on the site to start to collecting user experience data on key landing pages. Meanwhile, a full funnel audit is performed based on Google Analytics (GA) data to better understand both top and under performing traffic sources. Once Hotjar data collection is complete, a comprehensive web/mobile audit is performed based on qualitative (Hotjar and GA) and quantitative (UX/UI best practices) inputs. Key funnel analysis takeaways and site (web/mobile) recommendations are delivered in order of prioritization.
