Prepara had innovative products and great design—but limited awareness on TikTok and no system for scalable content creation. Competing in a saturated space, they struggled to communicate what made their products special. They also needed a better way to educate consumers while driving immediate action through TikTok Shop. Without a pipeline of creator content or performance-driven media, the brand risked missing out on key digital growth.
Approach
We developed a dual-channel strategy focused on affiliate and influencer activation—designed specifically to grow Prepara’s TikTok Shop presence and support broader DTC goals. From onboarding creators who could authentically demonstrate the product in-action, to optimizing Shop listings for impulse conversion, every piece of the plan was built to drive traffic, engagement, and purchase intent. We also layered in paid media to amplify high-performing videos and reach new audiences.
