Elegant Baby, a premium baby clothing brand catering to high-income households, faced challenges in scaling its business and achieving consistent year-over-year (YoY) growth. When they partnered with us, they were a smaller brand with limited brand awareness and a stagnating revenue stream. Our primary objective was to drive brand awareness efficiently while significantly increasing their annual revenue.

Their impression share was low, and branded search queries were minimal. As a result, their revenue had plateaued, making it difficult to achieve sustainable growth. Approach

We implemented a data-driven Paid Search strategy, focusing on:

  • Prioritizing bottom-of-funnel users to drive high-intent conversions
  • Enhancing campaign structure to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Leveraging Google Ads as a primary driver for revenue growth

Solutions

By increasing ad spend by 100%, we were able to significantly boost engagement, seeing a 58% YoY increase. In Q4, revenue surged to $330K, marking a 199% YoY increase in platform revenue. Despite scaling the budget, we improved efficiency, achieving a 50% increase in ROAS YoY.

Additionally, Google Ads became the brand’s primary growth driver, contributing to over 45% of total revenue and helping to generate a 67% increase in Q4 revenue YoY. This strategy helped Elegant Baby break past their previous revenue plateau and establish a strong foundation for continued growth.
