As we mark the 10th anniversary of Hawke Media, I find myself reflecting on the journey that brought us here. A decade ago, I started this company out of a sheer need for a marketing partner that was effective, transparent, and reliable. The goal was simple: to build something that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Today, as I look back, it’s clear that we’ve not only built a great company but also redefined the standards of digital marketing.

We began in a modest room with just seven people, fueled by determination and a vision. Our growth trajectory, from expanding our office space to navigating the challenges of a global pandemic, stands testament to our resilience and adaptability. We’ve been consistently recognized as one of the fastest-growing marketing agencies in the nation year after year over the last decade while helping 4,755+ brands trusted us to drive them toward their potential, a feat that speaks volumes about our commitment and capabilities.

In these ten years, we’ve made substantial strides, including the development and launch of Hawke AI, our own AI tool developed over 8 long years (even preceding the launch of ChatGPT), which has been a game-changer for us and our clients. Our investment in the marketing and technology ecosystem surrounding Hawke has also been significant, with over 110 investments in various technologies contributing to our and our clients’ growth and innovation.

The secret to our success? It’s the people. Hawke Media is, and always will be, a people-first company. Our growth from a handful of employees to over one hundred in just three years is a testament to the incredible talent and dedication of our team. We’ve learned that to build a successful business, you need to surround yourself with individuals who are not just talented but also share your passion and vision for learning quickly, getting sh*t done, and being cool.

But it’s not just about growing in numbers; it’s about growing in wisdom too. We’ve realized that predicting the future in business is less important than being adaptable. Staying true to this philosophy has helped us pivot when necessary and embrace change as an opportunity, not a threat.
